Woodworking Basics

Kids learn real-world skills like how to hammer, drill, screw, clamp, glue, and sand— one skill at a time. The guide includes easy-to-follow instructions and safety tips throughout.

Learning by Doing

Lessons include woodworking vocabulary, handwriting practice, and basic math concepts (measuring, counting, shapes, & more), woven seamlessly into hands-on activities to make learning feel exciting & integrated into everyday life.

Guided Projects to Complete:

1. Build a Toolbox – Build their very first toolbox

2. Make a Birdhouse – Practice measuring, motor skill building, and assembling to create a functional piece for the yard.
